Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Terms Policy This Cancellation and Terms Policy (“Policy”) governs all services provided by Kevin Simcock, operating under Clarity Theory Press, including free introductory calls and paid consulting programs such as the Path To Next™ six-month mentorship package. By booking a call or enrolling in a program, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms. 1. Free Introductory Call Booking: Clients may book one complimentary introductory call. Cancellation: If you are unable to attend, you must provide at least 24 hours’ written notice by email to reschedule or cancel. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the scheduled call without proper notice, you may not be eligible to rebook a complimentary session. 2. Path To Next™ Six-Month Mentorship Package Program Details: The Path To Next™ program is a six-month, one-on-one mentorship package billed at CAD $4,497 per month for six months, processed automatically by credit card. Commitment: By enrolling, you agree to the full six-month term unless cancellation occurs as outlined below. Cancellation and Refund Policy Within 15 days of booking: If cancelled in writing via email, you will be charged 50% of the first month’s fee ($2,248.50 CAD). All remaining payments will be cancelled. After 15 days but before 30 days: No refund will be issued for the first month. All remaining future payments will be cancelled. After 30 days: No refunds will be issued. All remaining future payments will be cancelled upon written notice. Method of Cancellation All cancellations must be sent via email to [Your Business Email Address] with the subject line “Program Cancellation.” Cancellations are effective only once you receive written confirmation. 3. Payments and Billing Payments are automatically processed each month via the credit card provided at enrollment. If a payment fails, the Client will be notified and must update payment information within 5 business days. Failure to update payment details may result in suspension of services until payment is resolved.
